Well, first of all... We didn't win anything in the film challenge. Oh well, it was still fun to make and I got to work with some amazingly talented people.
Next, we curled at the Cricket Club last week, and managed to win, lose, and tie our way to the C Final, which we lost (due mainly to the fact that I was awful) but still managed to finish the weekend 2-2-1 and win some nice jackets. We got dressed up on Saturday night and had a nice little dinner and dance, and it was requested that I duplicate last year's performance. So I did, for my fans.
This weekend I'm heading up to Carleton Place for zones. Only four teams to it'll be done on Saturday either way. Damien is picking me up on the way through, and we'll be on our way this afternoon.
Christmas plans are shaping up and I'll be leaving for Calgary on December 19th to hang out with the fam. Most of that time will be spent between Calgary and Canmore, and hopefully we can squeeze in a hockey game and a trip to a mountain.
Before then, however, I am trying to organize the greatest Christmas party event ever created... details to follow.
