Hi... I'm Brian. Thanks for coming out.

I live in Toronto, Canada and work in various aspects of TV Broadcasting. I'm not sure why you're here, but you're certainly welcome. I'm sure you'll learn all sorts of stuff about me that you have no real use for. But hey... don't let that stop you.

I've held a lot of crummy jobs, but I think I've grown out of that phase. Now, I actually do work that I like, and which I was actually educated for. It's all good. Regardless, I work a lot, but still manage to find time to persue my other interests. Currently, I'm working on a Masters degree in Communications and Technology at the University of Alberta.

I love sports. I play in a softball league all summer. I curl all winter. I golf when I can. I'll watch almost any athletic event on TV. I'm starting to work out a few times a week. My muscles will be busting out of my shirts before too long...

Perhaps even a greater passion is music. I play my guitars, I listen to music, I sing, and I love rockin' out to all sorts of tunes. Jazz, Rock, Rap, Funk, Folk, and pretty much everything else... I love it all. I perform at every chance, and have even had a handful of paying gigs. One of them was even as a cellist. I wish I had a band.

And to complete a three-way tie for first, my third major love is the Cinema. I love movies in general. I love the way they affect our lives, from the biggest Hollywood piece of garbage, to the foreign independant films that don't make it to the Megaplexes. I'd like to make movies one day... documentaries, indies, comedies, everything. I've written a short indy film, which I plan to make some day.

I've done some pretty cool stuff so far. I've been some great places, met some interesting people, and have been remarkably fortunate during that time. I love my family and all my friends, and they've all taken care of me so far. I'm not going to ease up though, I've got a list of things I still need to do. It will take a while to get them all done, and I'm sure I'll only add more along the way.

What fun is life if you're not challenging yourself? I want it all to be an adventure... I really want to see what I can do. I bet I tried to do something today.
