Here's a tip. Never take the bus home from New York City if you live in Toronto. The bus TO New York was painless. The ride back was awful and slow. And that was really the only downside to New York. The rest was great. I saw Bryan, we met up with my friend Beth, we hung out in Times Square, watched football, went to MSG for the Leafs game, the Leafs won 4-1 (Bry wasn't happy), and everything was tons of fun... until the bus ride home.
Surprisingly, the back didn't hurt too much during the bus trip. But I saw the chiropractor on Monday morning and got assessed. Aside from having amazingly high arches on my feet, apparently I'm right handed, and my back is very tight. My lower back, however, is extra tight and she gave me a few cracks which helped loosen it up a bit. I have some stretches that I have to do, but beyond that, I think time will sort it out... and a couple more chiro visits.
Curling is going well so far... I played really well last night, which is always a plus. We're playing in Trenton this weeked with a hybrid team. Half of my team and half of Josh's. Win or lose, it'll be fun. We do have a good shot at winning some though.
And that's about it.
